The knife crime walk and Andrew Brazier have already made an impact on the BBC news
Members of Four Oaks are meeting at the church at 10.15am where there will be
a short act of worship. Together with all the other local churches we will then walk to St James for an outdoor service of witness at 11.00am. If you feel unable to walk the distance you’re more than welcome to make your own way to St James to join us. Hot cross buns and tea will be served in the Church Hall afterwards. Please feel free to come and join us for all or part of the morning.
We hope you will then be able to join us on Easter Day 4pm for our Circuit Service of Praise.
Many around the circuit will know Jack and Mai McGinnigle. Mai finally lost her battle against Parkinson’s Disease on 1st April. Her funeral will be on Thursday 18th April at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium at 1.00 pm, followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Four Oaks Church at 2.00 pm. All would be most welcome to join the family.
Many in the circuit will remember Ted who for some years attended Four Oaks Church. Sadly he recently passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
Ted’s funeral is on Monday, 1st April at 1pm at Worcester Crematorium,
followed by a Thanksgiving Service at Droitwich Methodist Church at 2.30
pm. After the Thanksgiving Service there will be a light tea in the Wesley
room at the church. Everyone is welcome to join the family.
